What payment methods do you accept?
USDT via direct on-chain deposit (TRC20 or ERC20), and Iranian Toman via Zarinpal online payment. Toman is credited to your wallet right after a successful payment.
How do I get my VPN config?
After purchase, go to Dashboard → My VPNs. When status is active, download the WireGuard `.conf` file and import it into the WireGuard app.
Which devices are supported?
Any device with an official or compatible WireGuard client: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
What data do you store?
We keep account email, payment and order records, and WireGuard keys needed to operate your subscription. We do not sell personal data.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of purchase you can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, purchases are final except for provisioning failures, which our support team will resolve.
What happens when my plan expires?
Access ends at the plan expiry date. You can purchase a new plan from the dashboard to extend service.
Is there a traffic limit?
Yes — each plan lists included traffic in GB. Usage is tracked on our infrastructure; see your dashboard for status.
How is the Toman price calculated?
Toman prices are calculated from the USDT/IRR rate stored in the system. Admins update that rate.
Do I need an account to browse plans?
No — plans and pricing are public. You only need an account to pay, manage wallet balance, and download configs.
How fast is provisioning?
After wallet payment your order is queued for provisioning. Timing varies; check Dashboard → My VPNs for status.
