Information we collect
Account email and name, wallet and payment records, order history, WireGuard public keys and peer metadata required to deliver the service, and support correspondence you send us.
How we use data
We use your data to operate accounts, process payments, provision VPN peers, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
WireGuard keys
Keys and configuration are generated for your subscription only. You are responsible for keeping downloaded config files secure on your devices.
Retention
We retain records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
Third parties
Blockchain networks and hosting providers may process data under their own policies. We share only what is necessary to complete transactions and operate infrastructure.
